By accessing and using AutoJobApplication ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoJobApplication provides automated job search, profile management, and application tools. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change or termination at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. AutoJobApplication cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Content and Data

You retain all rights to the CVs, cover letters, and profile data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., parsing, formatting, matching).

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutoJobApplication, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
